Privacy policy

Your privacy is very important to me. I do not share any personal data with any third party. I only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give me via email or other direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Should you decide to purchase some art through the shop, payment information is not provided to or retained by me. Your payments are processed through Paypal using their standard security and encryption protocols.

This website may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of business partners and advertisers. If you follow a link to any of those websites, please note that those websites have their own privacy statements and that I do not accept any responsibility or liability for those statements. Please check those privacy statements before you submit any personal data to those websites.

Based in Guernsey, I operate under the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2017 as amended. The Office of the Data Protection Authority (ODPA) is the independent regulatory authority tasked with the development and implementation of the regulatory regime necessary to oversee the Law's requirements. If you are concerned that your data protection rights have not been respected by me, and you have not managed to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you can make a complaint to the ODPA.

You are entitled to ask for a copy of the personal information I hold on you and to ask for any inaccuracies to be corrected.

You have the "right to be forgotten" upon request. I shall then delete your personal data other than that required to be maintained for legal and/or regulatory purposes.
